Q1. What terminology do you use?
A1. We make patterns in Chinese crochet pattern terms, and the stitch name is written using American terminology. All measurements in charts are in cm.
Q2. What does #chart, #table, #amigurumi means?
A2. They are types of instructions.
chart: uses a visual made of symbols and/or shapes to convey directions;
table: uses abbreviations (e.g. see below)

amigurumi: stuffed animals and anthropomorphic creatures, or 3 dimensional objects made in a style of crochet and knitting originating in Japan.
Q3. Where do I find video tutorials?
A3. Not all patterns come with video tutorials, but for those that do, you can search and watch them on my website: en.susudiy.com or YouTube channel: Susan's Family 蘇蘇姐家.
Q4. Where can I download the pattern files I purchased?
A4. (a) You can download digital files directly from the Thank you page once you finish checkout and Orders status page; (b) Download link(s) will be sent automatically to your email box. Please remember to check all of your email folders for its receipt. If you want your link(s) sent to your email box, please remember to fill in your email address when you checkout.
Current shipping and digital pattern questions
Q5. Are physical orders currently shipping to Europe and the United Kingdom?
A5. No. Shipping of physical products to Europe and the United Kingdom is temporarily suspended. Digital crochet pattern downloads remain available because they do not require physical shipping. See the Shipping Policy for the current notice and normal delivery estimates.
Q6. Does one Starry Hooded Cloak purchase include both Adult and Child pattern files?
A6. No. Choose Adult or Child on the Starry Hooded Cloak Crochet Pattern page. One purchase includes only the pattern file for the size selected at checkout, not both size files. Read the Digital Pattern Guide before purchasing.
